LIL B GARNERS A RESPONSE FROM GLAAD

Lil B recently revealed that I'm Gay would be the title of his new album. While many rappers, including Talib Kweli are puzzled by his statement, he's received support from the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. In an interview with XXL, GLAAD says:


"As a lyricist, Lil B knows that words matter. Slurs have the power to fuel intolerance. We hope that Lil B's album title is not just a gimmick, & is really a sincere attempt to be an ally. He has the platform & the voice. We hope he uses it in a positive manner."
