Switching hotels was all the dynamic duo needed to intently lay down new tracks. Moving from the Mercer hotel to the luxurious Tribeca Grand hotel, Jay-Z and Kanye vigorously worked on the completion of Watch the Throne. Acccording to reports, the two were working until 7a.m. with "no booze and no Beyonce," so they could stay focused and work on releasing their highly anticipated album. The only time they took a break was to meet with Unversal head honcho Barry Weiss and Kid Cudi, but they went straight to work after the meeting. Looks like Jay and Kanye have this record on lock down!
